My boyfriend Bryan fell in love last summer – and it wasn’t with me. It was with Ari (pictured), a gorgeous Great Horned Owl, who we met during a visit to Post Ranch Inn, thanks to Antonio Balestreri, one of only a handful of master falconers in California. This is just one sustainability initiative at this 100-acre Big Sur property, home to a ‘who’s who’ of endangered species, including the California Condor. Why share this experience?
